Family history has become an increasingly popular hobby over the last decade, largely thanks to television programmes such as the BBC's Who Do You Think You Are? and ITV's Long Lost Family. But it's sometimes difficult to know where to begin when starting out on your own.
Genealogist and historian, Luke Mouland, established Kith & Kin Research in 2010 to help people uncover their own hidden histories. He believes strongly in taking a more holistic approach to his research projects, adding colour and context to the topics he investigates and making the experience both accessible and affordable. Despite what you might think, it’s not just about building a ‘tree’ full of names and dates; it's actually about uncovering the stories of real people.
So, whether it's finding out about the lives of your ancestors, the story of your home or the history of your family business, we offer a broad range of services to meet all your research needs.
